By and large residential homes in the area are period interspersed with ‘Post War' where homes were lost. The area benefits from its location. While Greenwich Park and Pleasuance Park are short walks away, the ‘Heath' of Blackheath opens up at the top with lots of green areas to enjoy recreational time. Not only is East Greenwich close to Green Areas but it also benefits from Woolwich Road, a nearby trunk road connecting Maritime Greenwich to the Greenwich Peninsula.
