The family room is open to the kitchen but can be set up to sleep 2 more in another 2 high quality single size air beds. If 1 more sleeping slpace is needed, the sofa is also very workable.

Terms and Deposits

25% deposit + signed Rental Agreement to secure a booking. The remainder due on Dec 31 along with a $2000 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure provided that the premises is left in the condition in which it was found.
