Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood, close to freeway(5 min drive) and westcoast express train is a (15 min drive), 60 min from downtown and 2 hours from whistler. Come relax and escape the crowds, completly private back yard with two decks,one covered with heater for entertaining, BBQ, hottub,trampoline and sandbox for the kids! The upstairs boasts a wonderful kitchen that is fully contained for all your cooking needs, with french doors off to the relaxing backyard. Cozy living room has 46 inch TV with dvd player, surround sound and stereo,recliner,couch and loveseat and fireplace to relax in evening. The master bedroom has king size pillow top bed with Tv and ensuite with shower. The 2nd bedroom has single bed, Tv, Dvd player and VCR. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double pillow top on the bottom and a single on top to comfortably sleep 3. The main bathroom is also on the upstairs floor. On the lower floor there is a rec room/playroom with a 52 inch TV, DVD player,VCR, Wii system, couch and lounger chair, chalkboard wall and huge train set and many toys for the kids of all ages. Also 4th bedroom with double bed and TV. The laundry room washer/dryer and 3rd bathroom with shower are on the lower floor as well. We will supply additional air mattresses that can be used as well. We have HD cable TV, Fax,telephone, wireless high speed internet,BBQ,linens,pillows and all appliances for your use. There are two kids parks,nature trails,grocery store, pharmacy,video store,restraunts, convenience store and gas station all with in walking distance. Shopping and restraunts 10 min drive. USA border 10 min drive 2 hours to Seatle. Our home will comfortable sleep 8-10 with additional sleeping on air mattresses and couches if needed. Smoking outside only! | Terms and Deposits | $2500.00 damage deposit to be refunded after inspection. $1000.00 per night 50% upon reservation and 50% 90 days before rental. Refund only on damage deposit We will be renting for the month of Febuary for the full month Feb 1-28/2010 $24000.00 or $1000.00 per night 14 day minimum, dates flexible but must confirm dates upon booking. Damage deposit returned on the last day. Other deposits are non-refundable. Payment: cash. |
