A very quick drive of 10 minutes to Cypress Mountain where freestyle skiing and snowboarding will be in 2010. If you drive 10 minutes down to the waterfront you can catch the Sea Bus (passenger ferry to Vancouver) to downtown. |

For some personal snow fun, Grouse Mountain Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away. Three levels, beautifully decorated, with spectacular views of Vancouver. TOP FLOOR Two large bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with ensuite bathrooms. Master BR has Jacuzzi tub and large dressing room. MAIN FLOOR All rooms on main floor have access to huge deck overlooking the city. Large living room with wood burning fireplace, Indian carpets and art works. Dining room (16 foot ceiling) seats 6 to 8 people around modern glass dining table. Kitchen, fully equipped, with adjacent washer and dryer plus two piece bathroom. Family room and kitchenette area with large comfortable sofas. BOTTOM FLOOR Media room has HD television, gas fireplace and comfortable seating for 8-10. |

| Terms and Deposits | Minimum rental is 7 days. Also available for 2, 3 and 4 weeks. No smoking, no pets. Rates; $5,000 (Cdn.) for each Winter Olympic week, $3,500 for each non Olympic week. 25% deposit on booking. 25% two months before occupancy, balance (plus $4,000 refundable damage deposit) due before possession.
