| Short Description | We are renting out our house which sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a full acre. We are leaving it intact, including whatever is in the freezer. Our hope is that it will be rented out to a family or group that will care for it the same way we do. Everything you will need is here, including a soaker tub and a sauna. While renting should you need a car, we can negotiate that as well. | ||||||||||
| Full Details | Our house has 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms down and 3 up. There are 3 gas burning fireplaces and one wood burning. We operated a B & B for 7 years. Our home is located 30 minutes from the airport as well as the ferries which take you to the Gulf Islands and Victoria. We are 10 minutes from the U.S. border and 5 minutes from Hwy. 99, which will give you access to the following venues: 1) Richmond Oval (speed skating) 25 min. 2) GM Place (ice hockey) 40 min. 3) BC Place (opening and closing ceremonies) 40 min. 4) Pacific Colliseum (short track and figure skating) 40 min. 5) Canada Place (media centre) 40 min. 6) Cypress Mountain (frestyle skiing and snowboarding) 7) Nat Bailey Stadium (curling) 35 min. 8) Whistler 2 hours by car Public transit is a 10 minute walk and will take you to any of the above mentioned venues. Locally, we are minutes away from indoor/outdoor recreational activities and shopping. |

| Terms and Deposits | 25% deposit on booking -additional 25% deposit for confirmation deposit by October 1, 2009 -Final 50% deposit upon arrival -15% cancellation fee if cancelled by November, 1 2009. NO refunds beyond this date. Payment terms by money order or certified cheque. Refundable security deposit of $2000 CAD to be paid separately. Will be returned within 1 week of your checkout, if no damages are sustained. |
