We are renting the upper floor of our house for the Olympics; it's our personal residence and has three bedrooms and a fenced yard. Cozy house in central Vancouver with 42" Plasma and HD TV; 10 min to Olympic Village, Hockey Arena, Speed Skating and Downtown Vancouver. Our modern decorated home is children and dog friendly and has lots of free parking.

We are flexible on price; especially if the house is wanted for January, February and March; we would except $18,000 obo for the three months or we are negotiable on shorter stays. Corporate Rentals Welcome.
Our Home has three bedroom, one King, one double and the third bedroom can be made to order. Hardwood and tile throughout.

Deposit 50% to hold rental
Damage deposit to be discussed based on rental value.

Damage deposit returned on the last day.
