Large executive Richmond home, available for Winter Olympics Rental (sleeps 8-10). Walking Distance to Olympic Speed Skating Oval. Large 2800 sq ft two level non-smoking home in Richmond BC available for rent during Feb 2010 winter Olympics.

Full Details

Centrally located, our home is a 10 minute drive to Vancouver International airport and a 15 minute pleasant river walk or one minute drive to the brand new Olympic speed skating oval.

This custom built house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large eat-in kitchen, family room with tv, formal dining room, pool table, 2 electric fireplaces, and 1 wood stove. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars and free on street parking available. Quiet and safe location on cul-de-sac with easy access to all major attractions and highways.

Features include:
-Four bedrooms, (two on each side of the house-perfect for two families).
-All rooms have queen beds.
-Master bedroom features include queen bed and queen sofa bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath tub,TV, electric fireplace, balcony, elliptical trainer, and treadmill.
-Three other bedrooms each with queen bed, tastefully decorated.
-Total of 2.5 bathrooms

-House sleeps 8 comfortably, but could fit 10 using the sofa bed .
-Wireless internet, phones, tv, dvd, vcr, use of movies.
-Large kitchen with skylights, all appliances including dishwasher and microwave.
-Covered porch with bbq
-Separate laundry room with washer and dryer
-Pool table and stereo This is our personal residence so it will come stocked with everyday amenities needed including kitchen ware, linens etc.

Rental will include one airport pick-up if required, meet and greet, house tour and key hand over.

Welcome package of maps and brochures, and handy local information will be supplied.

Housekeeping available upon request (at extra cost).

Our house is in a great location, walking distance to the speed skating oval, one block to local shops including grocery store, liquor store, banks, restaurants and travel agency. Bus stop close by with connections to Canada Line Rapid Transit System for quick travel into downtown Vancouver, which hosts figure skating, hockey, freestyle skiing, snowboarding, and curling. Or for those who prefer to drive, 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver.

Whistler is 1.5 hrs north of Vancouver and will host Alpine skiing, biathlon, cross country, Nordic combined, ski jumping, bobsleigh, luge and skeleton.

30 minutes to USA border and Blaine Washington. Area surrounded by parks and walking trails along ocean and river shores.

Prefer long term rental for entire month of Feb, but negotiable for shorter term stays depending upon circumstances.

Payment by paypal, cash or bank draft.
20% security deposit required, refunded within 7 days of check-out if no damage.
