Coffeshops, restaurants, movie theatres, pubs and grocery stores close by on Kingsway, Commercial Drive and Main St. Very centrally located, within 20 minutes from downtown. Within 10 minutes by transit from 3 Skytrain stations. Bedrooms have queen sized beds. Living room with double futon couch. Nice large kitchen. Suite is approx. 800 Square feet. Fully furnished (including Cable TV and internet). Recently renovated. New laminate flooring and recessed lighting. Non smokers. No pets or parties. Children welcome. For smaller parties, individual rooms available on main floor, shared kitchen (shown).

Rates can be negotiated for larger parties or longer stays.Resident / owner is professional the rapeutic masseuse. Sessions available to guests.
