*** Affordable 2010 Vancouver/Whistler, BC, Olympic Winter Games Accommodation Vacancy ***

Most dates for the Olympics and for the summer are still available as our accommodation has just become vacant recently.

We can accommodate different budgets and needs.

Renting costs are from $55 - $250 per night.

The cheapest option is dormatory style for $55 per person, per night.

A private bedroom (double bed) with shared bathroom is $140 for 1-2 people per night.

A 1-BR-Suite (max. 2-3 people) is $200 per night.

A 2-BR-Suite (max. 4-5 people) is $250 per night.

All lodging rates on longer stays are somewhat negotiable.

We have a strict Non-Smoking policy.

Also, due to some bad experiences we are not able to accommodate pets or small children - sorry about that.

Please contact us regarding current availability, and with any other questions you might have.

As we have some flex-space, and we try to accommodate different needs + budgets + number of people to the best of our ability, it is difficult to give a full description of all the possibilities.

Once you contact us with:
the dates you want,
the number of people coming,
their approximate ages,
number of beds needed + bed sizes (single/double)
self-contained suite with own entrance, or shared accommodation,
need for kitchen use, etc.,
we will give you an idea of what we have available, and a fuller description of the possibilities, as well as more pictures if requested (we are no computer experts and had some trouble getting the pictures downloaded).

We have parking available if you come by car, or if you plan to rent one.

The Public Transit System in Vancouver will be increased for the Olympics, but we will also offer rides to our guests (for a small fee, and time permitting) to different Olympic Venues, to Downtown, to the Airport, to Richmond, or wherever you need to go.

Most places are reachable by car within 10-20 minutes from our place (and we know how to use the 'back roads' to avoid most traffic jams).

Multiple bus stops are within easy walking distance.

We also offer 'local knowledge' and travel advice in a few different languages. At the moment, in addition to English, we can communicate fluently in German, Finish, Indian, with a bit of French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and a few Asian languages thrown into the mix.

(this amount is negotiable if you stay longer than 14 days)

For 1 or 2 Br-Suite: $500
For private bedroom, shared bathroom: $100
For dormatory accommodation: $100

(Damage deposit is 100% refundable if everything is in order upon your departure)

Damage deposit returned on the last day,
Other deposits are non-refundable.

Payment: cash or direct deposit
Sorry, NO checks or wire transfers.
