Terms and Deposits

Rental terms:
To book any of these room:
- 25% of the total non-refundable reservation of the unit deposit is required when signing Residential Tenancy Agreement
- 25% of the total non-refundable cost is due 2 weeks prior to your stay
- Total balance (remaining 50%) is due prior to check-in
- Fully refundable security deposit of 50% of rental fee to be paid before check-in and if no damages sustained to the brand new duplex, it will be returned in full during check-out.
- Rental agreement must be signed and only damage deposit is refundable if rental agreement is cancelled.
Payment method: PayPal (wired transfer), money order, certified check and cash
- Check in time is 4 PM, Check out time is 12 PM unless have prior arrangement
