Terms and Deposits

As soon as you have decided you want to rent the place for a set amount of time I will deem it rented for time allotment and subsequently I will modify my internet listings to show BOOKED for the duration of your stay.

I require the following:

1) 50% of the total rent will be used to reserve your time slot in February. This non refundable deposit will assure your booking of the place up till agreeded possesion rental date. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival. Failure to pay the balance results in loss of deposit and the time slot becomes open to other renters.

2) $2000 CDN damage deposit paid upon arrival, no bank interest paid, deposit returnable after move out inspection report has been performed. [ this damage deposit is used to protect against damage to my property ]

Payment: certified cheque or bank draft, we will drive to bank if need be to complete transaction!
