Olympics Condo Rental Vancouver, near downtown only 4 min drive. On direct bus route to Olympic Village takes 10 min, 10 min to UBC, and 1 hour drive to Whistler.
1 bedroom condo with small office. Fully furnished in new modern and style. There is a garden terrace, fireplace, all appliances, F/S/DW/ washer & dryer, all linens etc. There is a gym and indoor/outdoor jacuzzi in the condo complex.

Located only 4 minute drive from downtown Vancouver just over Burrard Bridge. You can even walk, jog or bike to the downtown. This bright SW corner condo in fantastic neighborhood.

It is steps to the ocean and several parks. There is a gorgeous sunny ground level garden terrace (180sq') with a grassy yard just off the living room!! It has a contemporary design interior/furnishings/dishes/linen/flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo.
There is 1 bedroom with a den/office. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, and a dining area. A full bathroom with deep soaker tub/shower. There are 5 appl(F/S/DW/W/D) and Security Alarm System.

It’s in the Art Deco condo complex, the "Delano". There is a workout gym with an in/outdoor Jacuzzi. There is 1 secured underground parking stall included, and plenty of free parking on the street. It’s located in a fantastic neighborhood of Kitsilano/Point Grey within 2 min walk to everything you need: Cafes, Restaurants, Boutiques, , Banks, Markets, Drycleaning, Tennis Courts, Beachside Jogging Trails.

It’s 5 min drive to downtown ($12 taxi) 20 min drive to the airport ($30 taxi), or step onto the local bus trasit system just outside the building on 4th ave & will take you straight towards the Olympic Village 10min away for $2.
Please note that I would like a minimum of a 1 week term. The rate is reduced for a longer term.
There are coffe shops, restaurants, banks, market shops all within 1-2 blocks. Very green clean and safe neighborhood, and 1 block from the Ocean and jogging trails along the water to downtown & Burrard Bridge.

Rental payment due upon arrival, as well as a damage deposit, which will be returned on departure.
