A Journey from Stress to Stillness
Hi, I’m Juhi — and yoga changed my life in ways I never expected.
Like many, I first stepped onto a yoga mat looking for relief from stress, body aches, and mental noise. What started as a few stretches turned into a powerful journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
How It All Began
I began practicing yoga during a time when I felt disconnected from myself. Long hours, mental fatigue, and constant overthinking had become my daily routine. One morning, I followed a short yoga video online… and something clicked.
It wasn’t about being flexible or fit — it was about how I felt afterward: calmer, lighter, more grounded.
From Practice to Passion
As I continued practicing, I noticed subtle but deep changes:
- My breath became my anchor during chaos
- My body felt more open, less tense
- I began approaching life with more patience and softness
Eventually, yoga wasn’t just something I “did” — it became a way of living. I started exploring different styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, and gradually took teacher training to deepen my understanding.
What Yoga Means to Me Now
Yoga is my safe space. It’s where I reconnect with my body, mind, and breath — no matter what’s happening outside. It’s also taught me to accept imperfection and be present with what is.
I created Rent During the Games as a place to share this journey — not as an expert, but as someone still learning and evolving every day.
My Mission with This Blog
- To help beginners feel welcome and supported
- To make yoga easy to practice even in small spaces or busy schedules
- To create a calm, honest, and non-judgmental space for personal growth
